جهاز شفط شرجي

I was nervous about pressure play but the easy-turn knob lets me dial it in exactly where I want it. The seal holds really well once you get it positioned right, and the sensation is way more intense than I expected.

The airtight cup seals really well—almost too well the first time I tried it, but the easy-turn knob gives you solid control once you get the hang of it. Wish the instructions were a bit clearer on how much suction is safe to start with, but it's built sturdy and delivers exactly what it promises.
